Returns Process :
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order confirmation email.
To start the returns process, simply contact our customer service team. They'll guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please make sure to include this RA number on the return package to facilitate the processing of your return.
